Dashi is a meditative short film tracing the quiet dedication of three chefs who journey to Kyoto to study at the MOM Culinary Institute. Drawn not by ambition but by reverence, they embrace each moment with intention and presence. Each is open to learning, to change, to the unfamiliar. What emerges is more than culinary training; it is a philosophy of movement, of impermanence, of living lightly but with deep care.
