Kitchen India - Meet The Chef

Chef Khilesh Anand has dedicated himself to his love of Indian food since his first job in a Dehli hotel kitchen. Since then he has spread this love around the world, to Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia, before arriving in the UK. Having opened restaurants the length and breadth of the country, he's now focused on bringing his passion to the heart of London.
