Reinventar El Pardo

As the former convent at El Pardo is transformed into a beloved part of the MOM Culinary Institute, every brick, root and branch in the expansive garden is treated with love and care. Landscape artist Leticia Redondo discusses her plans that account not only for the biological needs of the plants and the pedagogical needs of the students who will study here, but also the all important "essence and soul" of the space.
