Takoyaki & More at AJI County Hall

Takoyaki is a ball-shaped snack dish made from wheat-flour batter and typically filled with diced octopus, tempura scraps, pickled ginger and green onion. After cooking, the balls are brushed with a special takoyaki sauce and sprinkled with green laver and dried bonito shavings.
