Yakitori Comes to County Hall
Yakitori -- which can literally be translated as "grilled bird" -- dates back to the Edo period of Japan's history when it was forbidden to eat beef and pork. Thankfully, chefs can now apply this succulent and tasty approach to cooking to a wide range of ingredients, and this perennial favorite amongst Japanese dishes is now served at County Hall's restaurant Aji.
