Takoyaki & More at AJI County Hall

Takoyaki is a ball-shaped snack dish made from wheat-flour batter and typically filled with diced octopus, tempura scraps, pickled ginger and green onion. After cooking, the balls are brushed with a special takoyaki sauce and sprinkled with green laver and dried bonito shavings. Here, Lauren Leppard visits Aji at London's historic County Hall to find out more about this dish and others served by the restaurant's dedicated team of chefs.
