A visit to the MOM Culinary Institute's pioneering urban farm project based in a former convent in El Pardo. Here we meet a previous resident, Sister Magdalena. Now residing amidst the dusty battlements of ancient Toledo, Magdalena remembers both the 200 year history of the building and her own journey of charity and devotion that was intertwined with the building for so many years.
