Pictures of Kyoto at El Pardo

County Hall Arts’ Symphony Kyoto Concours invited composers from all over the world to celebrate Kyoto in all its many guises. An ancient spiritual centre. A locus of unique historic preservation. A visionary, modern city moving into the future.

Here, we see Pictures of Kyoto, the winning piece, performed by a flute quartet in the old chapel at the MOM Culinary Institute in historic El Pardo, Madrid.
